Really felt respected by Dr. Tran and the hygienist (cannot remember her name). Dr. Tran thoroughly explained everything in a way anyone could understand. Both were very friendly and welcoming
I was very favorably impressed with all aspects of 8-to-8 Dental, including the caliber of care received, the bedside manner, and the front desk service.
My initial impression of the Lynwood office was excellent. Catherine did an excellent job of explaining the costs involved. Toni did a great job of doing x-rays and Dr, Tran was very thorough in showing me the extent of my oral problems and what can be done to correct them.
Recently I went to 8 to 8 (on a Saturday which allows me not to miss work). The staff and doctor I saw were very supportive and extremely competent. They are also very communicative about fees and have a "membership" plan to help when insurance is maxed out. I highly recommend them.
I had a some chip repair done on my front teeth recently. After I got home and the numbing wore off, I realized my bite was just a little off. I called and they got me in right away to fix it. On a Saturday! In addition to getting you in on time, friendly affordable service and being meticulously clean, 8 to 8 Dental really cares about their patients.
I have never liked the dentist ever sense I was little I had a very bad experience with one but this office make's it a lot easier to want to go. I have recommended this office to many of my friends!
My first visit to 8 to 8 Dental was very positive. The lady at the front desk was helpful, professional, and friendly. All the other staff were also professional, and laid-back in a good way. (i.e. not rushing me, not getting frustrated when I asked questions, etc) I have not had a cleaning yet - this was just for exams and xrays - but so far I give them 5/5!
My 11/3 appointment was (almost) a pleasure! Dr. Tran and the dental assistant were friendly and helpful. Also very true of the office personnel. Implant info was much appreciated.
While having several teeth extracted I was not in any pain during or after the experience. I have recommended several people to this practice and everyone likes it!
