I had my partial upper and lower dentures made by Dan through the public dental system using a government-issued voucher. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Two teeth broke off my upper denture not long after receiving it. I was charged for the repair of one of them, despite the breakage clearly being due to normal use. What a great experience I had today with this practice! Mia was so lovely to deal with over the phone booking me in to have an urgent repair done on my plate (that was not made by them). I was beside myself with the thought of having no teeth for a week but I was in and done within 5hrs with my plate back in my mouth! Dan was amazing talking me through the process of my new dentures in the New Year! Highly recommend!!
Dan was amazing with setting me up with a full set of dentures and was happy to add a gold tooth onto the top denture. Absolute legend, will always recommend him to everyone I know. Now I have the best gold tooth in the business!!!
