Beautiful place to live! Harbour breeze is a lovely quiet community. The apartments are spacious and the lake is beautiful. The community is peaceful and safe, and it is beautiful here in suffolk

Love Love Love I moved into Harbour Breeze two years ago with my son and soon to be daughter in law. We love the place. The staff has always been friendly to us and greeted us by name and with a smile. The maintenance there is awesome. Anytime I have had an issue they have been johnny on the spot. Usually within 24 hrs of receiving my request. It has always been a quiet community with no issues with our neighbors. great place to live! Harbour Breeze Apts is a great place to be if you like a quiet scenic area. I have a place that is near the tree line and I love it. They have a friendly staff that will always have an answer for you. I love the lake that is in the middle of the community it is very pretty when it is lit up at night :), and also the 24hr gym, laundry facility, a great pool area and grilling section, along with a fire place/cabana for your get together's. The Safe Choice The Good: Friendly staff, safe/clean neighborhoods, friendly and considerate neighbors, police and fire tenants, pool and gym are well kept The Bad: Internet is DSL speed due to some kind of contractual agreement with the property owner, everywhere around has FIOS so that's a bummer. Rent is relatively high for what you get in the apartments, however, they are currently renovating units. Garage prices are pretty high, and the car cleaning area is not quite what it COULD be, the spray nozzles have no pressure ... read more

Love my new location when I came here the staff was so great, they made my transtion so easy and still continue to help me in any way necessary cant compalin.
Scenic Living at it's Best! I recently moved here and must say that I am in love with the area and community. The apartments are large and spacious and the grounds are stunning. My husband and I enjoy walking our dogs around the lake and spending time at the immaculate pool. The office staff was beyond exceptional with regard to ensuring a smooth transition upon our move in. Perfect Location! Harbour Breeze was the perfect place for me to relax after a long day of work. I spent many nights walking my dog around the lake or on my patio. The views are gorgeous. As a nurse, I really enjoyed living close to work while still getting a neighborhood feel. Renting at Harbour Breeze was convenient from move-in to move-out. The staff was especially accommodating when I needed help setting up my online rent payment. Thank you for making my stay in Suffolk, VA so easy.
