Our pet-friendly apartments are located in a highly desirable area of LaPorte and designed with you in mind! All of our homes feature private balconies and patios and custom features throughout. You’ll be thrilled with our walk-in closets and bright, well-equipped kitchens. In the winter, curl up in front of your cozy fireplace. Each apartment is cable ready, and also features outside storage. Some of our homes include delightful touches like plant ledges, vaulted ceiling and skylights.

Management and maintenance work well together and are consistent. Office always has a friendly atmosphere. Great location. easy walk to grocery, drugstores, and restaurants.
Great staff and clean complex, quite and friendly
We have been living here a little over a year now and we love it. The ladies in the office are friendly, and the maintenance guys are as well and are quick to get to you if you’re having a problem in your apartment. We haven’t had any problems at all. We would definitely recommend Harbour Bay to anyone. They have a nice pool to keep cool in the summer with a deck and the property is always kept up.

Love this place! It is calm and quiet. 10 minutes from Kemah. Gisel, the manager, and the ladies in the office (Felicia & Laney) are always so pleasant. They have various events that keep our little community tight knit which is really nice. I would recommend this place to anyone in La Porte or surrounding communities.
No complaints from me, Gigi is awesome! The entire maintenance staff is friendly and courteous....Love my Place
