Security is rude and the place never has flower and acts like you’re a burden for even coming in to give them business. Was in line 30 minutes before closing and they tried turning us all away. Some people drove from out of state. And they weren’t out of product because they ended up letting us in...but they were very reluctant to do so. The security guard even said “I’m being nice today and letting you in,” in the harshest and rudest tone ever. I’ll just drive to Collinsvillle. Some of the staff are really friendly. Some of them think they know EVERYTHING... some of them actually do!!! Sometimes some can be rude. They recently got atms!!! The ATMs are always empty so make sure you have cash before you show up. I would like to say that it is NOT their fault about the atms it is the owners of the atms. Out of 10 stars I’ll rate them 6 just because some employees are decent. After posting review was very quickly asked about my concerns and treated very kindly.
