I first didn't know what to expect,but once I started going and got to know that budtenders and found out what works for me it was a piece of cake and everybody was very helpful and took their time and listening to what I needed I highly recommend this place and if you have any problems or concerns you can ask for the manager and she will be more than happy to talk to you and get what you need to take care of you
