Excellent location beautiful view and the ice cream is amazing !!! Claudia and Ron are great !!
What a gem to find after our day at the fountains, while we took a walk around the marina area. Great selection of flavors for the ice cream and shaved ice. The shaved ice was huge and amazingly soft....the young lady at the counter had a very happy and pleasant attitude. 2 happy kids and a great view.......we will be back!

harborwalk scoops and bites is the best place to go for a tasty treat and watch the sunset. I have been there two times and had noting but amazing sweet tasting ice cream and excellent service. You are always greeted by a shining bright smile and how may i help you and always fairwelled by a have a nice night and a punch on your card. I am certain this spot is gonna be here for a while and be very successful

Absolutely love this place. I've only been twice and have loved it both times! Great ice cream, great shaved ice, and great service! Definitely worth lots of future visits!
