You can never contact them and their live operator is clueless. My daughter is bed ridden and can't move her car yet. They put a tow sticker on it and said to call them. Well been calling for 4 days and no response or at least an acknowledgement that they received it.very anal about cars but won't do anything about the murders and crime, god you get sick and can't move your car though
