I just called the building to see if i can speak with the manager and who ever answer the phone was so unprofessional and not courteous at all, i was calling to let him know that there's a dog in his building crying and howling for the past 3 days and it breaks my heart to hear him crying for so long and he was so mean, instead of telling me thank you mam for letting me know i would notified all tenants with an Email his answer was What do u want me to do?
