Had the tenant who moved in after me use my electricity for 3 months… management never returned my calls.
Lived in this apartment building from summer 2019 until summer 2020. The building itself is relatively old, but the unit i had was well kept. Noise wise, since i lived in a corner unit, didn't hear much from the unit above. I lived on the fifth floor, facing towards Lakewood. The view was still nice. The building had a very decent gym, and paying for the underground parking was a huge plus considering all the snow. Julie from the front office was also very friendly.
