Me and my family ate here this evening and it was a GREAT experience. It was really busy and there was a wait, but one well worth it! Our server, Jamie was beyond excellent. She stated that she has only been there for two weeks, but we would have never guessed that. There was 7 of us and she made sure we wanted for nothing. Drinks were refilled before we ever asked. Waited 40 minutes for luke warm fish (gross). Even the fried appetizer wasn't hot. Sent our dinners back. Husband got a free beer for all the hassle. Yeah, no. The food was great had it been hot. Won't make the drive from Lakeland here again. Not worth it.
Mushroom and Swiss steak burger and the bang bang shrimp were unreal! So delicious! Great atmosphere and view of the water, too. Service was top-notch.
Every dinner we have had here has been great. This is quite possibly my favorite restaurant in Polk County. Their salad, bread, fish & almost the entire menu is awesome. I had my birthday dinner here DEC 2015 & it was flawless. If you haven't tried Harborside, do so ASAP! The Frank & Mannys Harborside was a complete JOKE - this Harborside is AMAZING!
Went with a small group this evening and everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was impeccable!!

My husband and I absolutely love Harborside. We have never had a bad experience and we have been there several times. Prime rib, blackened grouper sandwich, the huge fish sandwich that hangs way over the side of the plate, and bang-bang shrimp are all delicious. House salad dressing is yummy. Staff are friendly and owners, Dave and Dawn, are fantastic.
Went to Harborside for the first time on March 11th, which was my birthday. We had a bit of a wait to be seated, but the staff was great. The service was good, the waiter was a fellow Nashvillian, and the food was delish!! I had a steak and it was the most tender steak for being cooked medium well. My husband had the stuffed shrimp which has he thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely recommend Harborside to friends and family visiting Florida. Thanks for a great night and dinner!!
