I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone wanting to live in the Lower East side. Margaret is a wonderful property manager and responds promptly to requests and questions. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and correctly. I loved the secondary onsite storage ($3 per unit per month is a steal!) and I received all of my deposit back upon move out. No pests, no mail/package troubles, the building is quiet and clean. I would live here again if I moved back to town!

Harborside has been my home for the last four years, and we have loved living here. The location is amazing, near Brady street and the lake. We had a fantastic view of the lake from our apartment. The staff, especially Margaret & Dennis, made us feel like family. The maintenance is so quick as well, sometimes same day. Grateful to Harborside to have been our home these last few years.
I have worked with Harborside for over 4 years, and the entire staff is top notch. The property manager is always welcoming, and the views of Lake Michigan are fantastic!
