If you want your loved one to feel "at home," check out HarborChase. The director is very kind and loving and has many years of great experience, along with the rest of the caring associates. The residents are loved and enjoy great activities, as well as excellent care.
If you move your loved one here, they might as well be unattended at home. Our mother made it out alive, barely, and is now living at another facility for half the cost and 100% increase in care and safety. I cannot stress enough how dishonest the director was. Thankfully, she has now been replaced so hopefully the residents and family members are receiving better care.
Horrible Facility. Unless the person living here can take care of themselves do not send them here. They are understaffed, have lots of violations that they try to hide and lie about. Some of the staff is friendly and caring and others just don't care. We were paying for max care and only received minimum amounts of care.
