Visited a mom and daughter during late evening and early morning. Drug dealers were everywhere. I was afraid to leave my bike outside.
When I moved in I had great response from maintenance and the head manager. Now I can't get a response or help with repairs from anyone, unless they need something from me. It used to be real bad with police presence a few months ago, but has since died down. For the price, in comparison to other complex's in the area, the apartment itself is decent.
