This place is awful. The longer i have lived here the worse it’s gotten. Don’t move here if you can afford literally anything else. You will live in squalor. The office is unable to communicate even the most basic of things like water or electricity shutoffs during planned maintenance. The property is covered in dog shit and trash.
The "hot" tub next to the office is usually too cold to use. It has now been unusable since early July 2025. I have requested innumerable times that it be fixed, but the apartment office staff simply don't care. They are the most useless and worthless people I have ever known. Do they understand where the money comes from to pay their salaries? I'm sure the "investors" who make money from HVA don't care either about little things like their residents' quality of life. Love This Place....
I had client who lived here and I used to spend a lot of time with him sitting by the pool but apparently the people from the office didn’t like me hanging by the pool and using the pools restroom everyday that they made a story about my client putting his pants down and peeing in the pool! ( i swear to god that never happened) after that the guy got in trouble and and almost got kicked out of the complex.
