The "hot" tub next to the office is usually too cold to use. It has now been unusable since early July 2025. I have requested innumerable times that it be fixed, but the apartment office staff simply don't care. They are the most useless and worthless people I have ever known. We love harbor village
Don’t move here. They implement rules that don’t exist for Southside Towing to make money. Never ever has there been a protocol where a visitor needs a pass and they towed my grandmas car while it was in visitor parking. The manager argued with me that there’s signs everywhere. Where is the sign?? Don’t move here it’s a scam. They raise the rent $250 a year for a place that also runs a state program for disabled adults. You’ll find pampers in the washing machine and will have to use the laundromat off site completely for you... read more
This place is awful. The longer i have lived here the worse it’s gotten. Don’t move here if you can afford literally anything else. You will live in squalor. The office is unable to communicate even the most basic of things like water or electricity shutoffs during planned maintenance. The property is covered in dog shit and trash.
