I love living here in Harbor View Villas! The management team is excellent! Everything is so well taken care of and the views are spectacular!

Lived here from 9/2005 until the Thomas Fire burned me out 12/4/2017. I got a job in Ventura and moved here in 2005, thinking I'd buy another house, here in town, in a year or two. I liked that it was month-to-month; no lease to break if I bought a house. I was surprised I stayed as long as I did. The great views and ease of apartment living, where all the problems are quickly solved by the on-site staff (generally while I was at work) was quite seductive. Rent was higher than my budget, but reasonable given the ocean view. ... read more
12-5-2017 partially burned in the Thomas wildfire. Loved living there in the '80's, stunning views, awesome patios, old units with old maintenance problems.
