I have lived there for 12 years and loved every day of it. It was like being on vacation every day. The management is great and responsive and could not have asked for better neighbors. Would absolutely recommend this place
I just moved to Harbor view apartments about a month ago and I love this place. Great location and great ocean view. Walking distance to Downtown Ventura, to Ventura's beautiful cross and yhe botanical gardens. Property manager here is great, very helpful and her attention to detail is incredibly. I highly recommend this property/apartments to anyone out there looking for great spacious apartments.
I love living here in Harbor View Villas! The management team is excellent! Everything is so well taken care of and the views are spectacular!

Lived here from 9/2005 until the Thomas Fire burned me out 12/4/2017. I got a job in Ventura and moved here in 2005, thinking I'd buy another house, here in town, in a year or two. I liked that it was month-to-month; no lease to break if I bought a house. I was surprised I stayed as long as I did. The great views and ease of apartment living, where all the problems are quickly solved by the on-site staff (generally while I was at work) was quite seductive.
