Living here has been such a great experience, and it’s truly a place we’ll miss. Being up in the mountains, the views and overall setting made it feel peaceful and special every day. What really made the difference, though, was the team. Julie, the on-site manager, is incredible—always available when needed and genuinely treats residents like family. My husband and I lived here for almost four years, and it was such a great experience. The location is perfect, close to downtown but still quiet and private. The views from our balcony were stunning! Julie, the property manager, is always friendly and professional, and she does a great job keeping the property and units clean and well maintained, along with Jose. Any maintenance requests were handled right away. Anyone who gets the chance to live at Harbor View is truly lucky!
I never thought I’d live in a beautiful place like Harbor View. It’s so refreshing to wake up and see the ocean from my apartment. the manager Julie is always working above and beyond to make sure everyone is living their best. She always hi to everyone and has that energy you’ll never forget. I do hope sometime in the future, the company can add another VTM card machine on the other apartment complex for laundry.
I have lived there for 12 years and loved every day of it. It was like being on vacation every day. The management is great and responsive and could not have asked for better neighbors. Would absolutely recommend this place
