Recently used Harbor Title for the purchase of my first home. Arianna and her entire team was super helpful and patient with from the very first phone call to some follow up questions after closing. Whatever you do, do not use this company. They do not check the settlement statements to confirm that the numbers are correct. Their negligence resulted in an audit from the state and now we owe thousands in unpaid taxes as a result of their unprofessionalism. And when confronted about the error, they denied having any responsibility when they were involved in the entire process from start to finish. There are hundreds of other companies out there. Pick any one of them instead.
