I was traveling for business and decided to try Harbor for dinner. It was more than dinner, it was an experience. From the minute we walked in, the service was fantastic. At the table, we had Hawaiin spearfish and Grass Valley trout with mashed potatoes, macoroni and cheese and broccolini. The portions were generous. The fish was served with a choice of several sauces, but neither of us needed the the sauce because the flavor of the entree was perfect with out it.
