Lived here for almost 2 years. Maintenance is a joke . Never fix anything say they will but lie about it. Only lived here so I wouldn’t become homeless with my daughter.

I lived here for the last 3 years. I just moved out of 514 State Mill Rd - part of Harbor Ridge. The apartment is a great value - spacious - and the Landlord and Maintenance Team are great to work with and professional. The neighbors were very nice as well. It really felt like family more than neighbors & Landlord. If you’re looking for an apartment and they are available - scoop it up quick! I would rent from Merriman Valley Resource Management again in the future.

Edit: I want to add to this, as I'm spending this weekend moving out. I feel its necessary to document that, up until now, we've only had issues. Maintenance never fixed anything, we had two ceiling leaks, mold grew on one as we waited but they never came. Everything was dirty, the walls weren't cleaned they just painted over it without primer. Because of that we can't wash the walls or the paint comes off. 🤢 Gross. There were so many health hazards.
