They showed blatant disregard for my life while I was in the ER, and have almost killed my gf in the ICU because some nurse felt she had to put on perfume. Terrible terrible standards of care, drive to Elma, they’ll actually help you there

their billing practices are completely ridiculous! send Bill's for thing that need to be processed through the insurance then sending the bill almost 90 days late to the patient and then telling them they are going to be turned into collections if not take. care of immediately and it's the first bill the patient had received!

How can someone be denied charity help for not having a bank account or a denial letter for insurance? Clearly if you look at my papers it says I have no bank account and no insurance. I am clearly in your income guidelines. And no one can seem to answer and get this resolved quickly. I am told I have to wait 2-3 months for a response to the application and then I call and I am told it will take 7-10 business days for someone to call me back. What kind of service is that? I was referred by a local doctor to go to the hospital for a simple ultrasound test. Got my bill and thought it was wrong. However, the WONDERFUL billing staff walked me through it and went through it thoroughly with me and explained it all. I'm grateful they called me back quickly and handled my situation with such professionalism. Top notch team there! BTW.. the person that did my ultrasound was awesome!!
Spent 3 1/2 days in hospital due to broken leg while camping in Ocean Shores. Very good care. Thanks to all the nurses and supporting staff, you were great!!
