Overall visit was great. Brought in by EMS which also was a positive experience. Both were very efficient an my wait was within reason. I'd like to thank everyone for the great quality service I received while there.
Went there Saturday night with deep cut on my finger at 9:30 pm left at 4:00 am did not even get seen for 45min for vitals in back 4 hrs later finally 1 hr later check in rest time dr.sucked
I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting to be seen, I was dehydrated and had a feeling that I had the flu, I am diabetic, I asked if I could have a glass of water and was told no not til you see the doc and i was informed that my wait time was about 4-5 hours so I left and went to Summit Pacific in Elma and got registered and 10 minutes later they called me back for vitals and a nose swab and chest x-ray went back to the waiting room sat for about 5 minutes then I went back to the room and within three minutes my nurse came in a... read more
