Not sure what's happening to this Marina, but after having good service for years something has completely flipped. I was told my annual launch pass was being RETRACTED because I chose to purchase a new boat at a different local marina. Apparently I was supposed to check with them first...... Good luck with customer service like that!
Mark was great to work with, honest, and fair negotiating. At the end of the day I had peace of mind buying a used boat through Harbor Recreation.

Harbor Recreation is a great place to work with. They have serviced my boat, sold me parts, and given me pointers many times over the last decade. In addition, they have assisted the Rock River Safety Patrol (@BoatPatrol) in many ways. From sonar donations, use of a boat slip for the patrol boat, rush service on patrol boat issues, towing, and a lot more. Their convenient gas pump, wide landing, and large floating docks make life easier when going out or coming in off the water. Thanks Sarah, Mark, and great Harbor crew!
