I scheduled a self tour through website on Saturday. The key was missing from the lockbox and no one is available in the office to help gain access to the property. We drove hours across town to see the rental property for no reason since we were not able to tour the home. Hi Scott, Since you refused to communicate with me and refused to refund my deposit yesterday, I have to communicate with you through Yelp. Yesterday afternoon I took over the property after Harbor refused to give back the house keys to me. Inside the house, there is no any repairs, which Harbor claimed and demanded for repair bill over $3500.
