Harbor plumbing has reset a toilet twice in 1.5 years. It keep failing. They refuse to come out a correct the poor quality of their work. Please use anyone else but them.

Be very careful if you use these people. My $500-$600 job became $1300 because of a scheduling issue they sent two people. I watched as one dug and the other watched, I know I was there. Thought it was odd but I thought the digger was an apprentice. Spoke to others and local tradesmen they have all heard similar things. Might be better to wait for or try someone else. Good luck and watch them if you do. The plumbers were great but the business is corrupt and greedy. Unfortunately typical in 2025. Not recommended.

After many tries with different companies that couldn't fit me in for months, we got a quick response from Harbor Plumbing. Izzy came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and did a lot of work in the crawl space to fix a bad water leak. He spent some time afterward making sure it was fixed and pointing out some other things to consider fixing in the future. No pressure, just letting me know of some conditions that were substandard and may cause issues in the future. Very impressed and will call on them again in the future. Th... read more

Harbor did a great job and responded quickly when my tankless hot water failed. They stayed late to make sure the job got done. They had a friendly crew. The owner followed up afterwards to make sure everything was done properly. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they responded even though they were booked out for weeks they fixed our issue because it was an emergency.
