I decided to treat myself, to a Bide't. Ben was timely, polite, and cleaned up after himself. Very professional, and recently priced. Harbor plumbing has all my future needs coming their way. Thanks for the great service guys.

Watch out for their trucks on the road. Aggressive driving puts lives on the line. I will never hire this company. If you're going to have your logo on the side of the truck, DON'T DRIVE to kill someone.

I hired Harbor Plumbing to move a washer box and plumb for a utility sink (not the sink itself). Before scheduling, I told them my budget was $1,000 and that I could not go above that. They were hesitant to give a firm estimate but eventually provided what they called a “budget request,” which I understood as an estimate. Based on that, I moved forward. Harbor plumbing has reset a toilet twice in 1.5 years. It keep failing. They refuse to come out a correct the poor quality of their work. Please use anyone else but them.

Be very careful if you use these people. My $500-$600 job became $1300 because of a scheduling issue they sent two people. I watched as one dug and the other watched, I know I was there. Thought it was odd but I thought the digger was an apprentice. Spoke to others and local tradesmen they have all heard similar things. Might be better to wait for or try someone else. Good luck and watch them if you do. The plumbers were great but the business is corrupt and greedy. Unfortunately typical in 2025. Not recommended.
