It takes weeks to get my vet's medication filled. I have literally called 7 times since Friday, and it's the following Wed. When you call you automatically get placed on hold with music. I have wait as long as 17min on hold before hanging up just to follow up with my dog's prescription.
Wow, everyone was a delight! The Vets techs were great and especially the gal ( sorry I forgot her name), who drew blood was outstanding!! Thank you so much Dr White for caring and taking time to patiently explain important details to me. I appreciate it!
I have three pets and all go to Harbor Pines Veterinary, Dr Ghajari and Dr White are outstanding. They’re good with my animals; gentle and kind. They listen in my concerns and questions and work collaboratively with me to come up with solutions that best work for my family and my pets. I can’t say enough about what a great office this is.
