From the beginning Marshall was great and answered all my questions . He made applying to the apartment , to signing the lease to moving in an easy experience. My apartment is really nice , neighbors are friendly . The valet trash service and the in Unit washer and dryer are great accommodations. So far apartments are quiet, happy I was able to move in .
It’s truly been one of the most disappointing renting experience I’ve ever had. This property is poorly managed and filthy. The management staff has been unresponsive to known issues. This is not a gated community nor is there an active security presence. It is very common to have anyone drive into the property park outside of your apartment and do whatever they want without any repercussion. I absolutely love the layout of my townhouse inside and out with the double balcony amazing views . The manager Marshal is so welcoming and very kind. He made the move in process very easy and quick (no run around business) . Me and my children love our new home.
This place is horrible I just moved here like 2 weeks ago. Marshall was misleading he made it seem like my entire unit was being upgraded, which only washer, dryer unit, kitchen sink possibly the stove. Washer and dishwasher has a moldy smell like mold which I complained about they were supposed to be out last week to take a look maintenance called to ask me what time will work for me told them never came.
