Do not move here. The apartments have german roaches and mold. Multiple calls to the office and no changes were made. They also allow adults to drink beer and smoke weed on the play ground. Beer bottles are always left on the ground, which the children pick up and play with. The place is a dump. Stay away!
These people fucking suck!!!!! They tell u what u want to hear, are never in the office, never answer the phone, return calls, and let adults smoke weed and drink alcohol on playground. Fucking scumbags
Do not move there if you can help it. It could be a pretty place with some care and upkeep and if they screened their tenants a little better. It became a scary place to live with lights out in dark areas, neighbors who threatened others if they stepped out of their apartment, and the "security gate" that only worked occasionally. They make a lot of promises that are never kept. Make sure you read your lease. They take so many fees out of the deposit, you get nothing back. A fucking joke ! Don't waste your time or money
I wouldn't recommend this property to my enemies. Everything said in prior posts is true! High turnover in property managers and maintenance crew too! Police and emergency crews there most nights! Criminal activity was a continuous concern. Nothing positive about this property.
