My family and I lived in Harbor Oaks for a year and a half. After a year of living there, our rent went up by $200. They claim not to allow drugs on the property, but we found needles and syringes constantly. We had issues with squirrels living in our ceilings, and when we complained, they said they would have someone out to solve the issue. Would not recommend living here because kids steal stuff off your porch and now I have to buy a camera for my window. May have to find a new place to live now when my lease is over.
Looks nice but office staff takes forever to get anything done
