Not requiring employees to wear masks even when interacting with customers. I asked an employee to please put on a mask before taking my payment. She refused, after admitting her household has tested positive (did not say when). Then rolled her eyes and ignored me when I tried to talk to her about asymptotic carriers & asked for clean pen. RecommendedToday was my first time trying Harbor Mountain and I can’t say enough good things! I went to their drive through stand off of 69 and had the best interaction with the worker! Not only was the coffee amazing but I drove off with a smile on my face because of the sweet barista! I recently moved to the area and a friend who is a local said this was the best coffee in OK, so I have been so excited to try it! My high expectations were met if not exceeded!
RecommendedI’m from Texas and wanted to try something local, this popped up on maps and I loved it! Staff was so friendly, store was so quaint and cozy. Best coffee I’ve ever had hands down! Their pumpkin spice biscotti and strawberry banana smoothie was also fire 🔥🔥
RecommendedEasily the best coffee in McAlester and beyond! When I lived in Tulsa, I purchased coffee daily from a major chain. Now that I've had real coffee from Harbor Mountain, the chain coffee is unbearable! Customer service is exceptional at all locations.

The drinks tasted great my issue is he didn't have any cream for them and stated he closes in ten minutes so I guess he didn't wanna make any either but I got charged full price , which I didn't say anything but I don't believe that was good practice. And a couple days before this I went to get a frappe and was told there blender was broken. But had two sitting there.
