Absolutely HORRIBLE!!The patient has been at home on hospice for 6 weeks. The family ordered a hospital bed said it was going to be delivered, NOTE; they have been without it for 6 weeks. when the family lined up help because they were being told it was being delivered today, they then got a phone call saying there was no bed on the truck. So still no bed!The breathing machine was ordered and they sent a lady from Decatur with it. It was the wrong breathing machine.
