My sister had excellent care from Traditions. We were very happy with her care.
Traditions and their incredible staff were kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful in providing for the final 10 days at home with assistance in the passing of my spouse. Their professional manner and assistance in adapting to our needs was invaluable.
Initial interviews were very positive when Traditions was contacted on recommendation of facility. However, things never came together after initial contact. People did not show up on schedule and nurse ordered medicine to be shipped from an out of town pharmacy when it was available locally and needed to be administered immediately. I found it necessary to terminate the service and retained another hospice provider who provided outstanding service.
