DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE...THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THE POOL WAS CLOSED ALL SUMMER. THE AMENTIES ARE NEVER WORKING. THE BUSINESS CENTER HAS NO WORKING FAX OR COPY MACHINE. THE APARTMENTS HAVE WATER LEAKS, SPIDER, ANTS, EVEN SNAKE HAVE BEEN SEEN. THE COMPACTOR IS CONSTANTLY BROKEN AS IS THE MAIL BOXES...TRUST ME YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE AT ANY HARBOR PROPERTY.

i have lived in harbor lakes since 2/09 and they are VERY SLOW to fix anything. I have asked for the last two yrs to have my carpet cleaned. My tubs both need to be re caulked. My electric bill is alwasy 200\$ and im never home and i dont beleive in keeping lights on. The indoor pool is never open. The gym only has one treadmill that works. The weight system has been broken for 4 YRS. ALSO I LIVE RIGHT OFF THE GOLF COURSE, AND GOLF BALLS ALWAYS HIT YOU CAR. We have requested to have a golf net put up, but as always the dont.... read more

Harbor Lakes are the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. My lights in the kitchen have been out for two months now and they still have yet to fix them. The pool is closed every other day. Only can use amenities while the office is open. Dont have any lights outside near the sign for the apartments so that you can see where they are. Too dark walking down the path from the street to the complex. Very unsafe for anyone walking or driving up that driveway. Management is always changing. Everything that everyone is say... read more

It is June 6th 2011 and I HATE LIVING AT THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY! Do not move here! They never fix anything! air conditioners dont work....and havent worked from the time I moved in last year!! Staff keeps changing!....and they have poor locks on the doors! I cant wait til my lease is up!!! Thank God I will be leaving soon!
