Harbor House Inn This hotel attempts to be elegant and classy, but fails. The decor and even some of the furniture arent really tasteful. The TV was small. The walls are thin and it was difficult to sleep during the night. However, the service here was great. I liked that the room was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. There was even a living room area. Overall, it was quite nice. The staff was also friendly and helpful and made my experience all the better.

Great place. Far enough away from the main drag to be quiet, but you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. Rooms are large and comfy with some character.
Stunning rooms, walking distance to food, and the beach. Parking lot is incredibly TINY.
Stayed here during the Thomas fire. We live in carpinteria and when the owner found out we were evacuated and I’m 9 months pregnant he opened a room for us to stay in. Sweetest person and the rooms are just as equally nice. A block from the beach. If you need to stay in Santa Barbara I would definitely stay here! I will be recommending this place to anyone I know that needs a place in Santa Barbara!
Excellent property, warm inviting hosts, tastefully decorated, great location, highly recommend.
So amazing. Our room was beautiful. Super clean and big. The service within the hotel was too notch. After we checked out we were able to still use the bikes they provide and leave our car parked. Huge perk since parking at the beach is a bear. Overall I am beyond satisfied with my visit, and I would definitely stay there again
