I live here at first I had a beautiful 2 bedroom I requested a one bedroom and boy did I get it I am in a basement that floods and mold is in the bathroom Annette is nice but not a good manager My apartment has old tile old kitchen Old old carpet ceilings are bad I am ashamed for anyone to visit I am 70 and have no way to move because my family is all gone This year they raised my rent 250 dollars I think they want me gone SAD IM NEVER LATE ON RENT I need out of here soon before I die from the mold

I have been living in one of Sundance properties now and it will be a year in May ! They have been very quick to respond to me every time I have had an issue the Maintance crew are always on point and very punctual in fixing whatever I have needed the grounds are very well kept and managed, it’s a very quiet and relaxed adult atmosphere, I love my place it’s full of character ❤️😊
