I was informed by Sara, a marketing representative for Harbor Hospice in Portland, TX, at the time of enrollment that they would continue to test and treat my mother for various health issues. A week later my mother experienced a decline, I expected that routine diagnostic measures—such as bloodwork and testing for a possible UTI—would be performed as they had been in the past. Harbor Hospice made our difficult situation with my mom much more manageable. Every person that my wife and I worked with was experienced , professional and clearly passionate about their work. We were thoroughly impressed with their next level care, understanding and knowledge of our situation. If you are working through a similar situation with a parent or loved one, please give them a call. I highly recommend Harbor Hospice and all of the wonderful and caring people that they have on staff. Thank you all.
