Last week we had to move my husbands grandmother 2 hours from her home to ours, and while doing so we had to transition from one hospice company to Harbor Hospice. I can say that Harbor Hospice went above and BEYOND to make sure that this was easy for us. Having a loved one in hospice care is difficult enough, but with their help we didn’t have any issues. I want to thank everyone that helped but especially our Nurse Dee Butler, she was extremely thoughtful and caring.
Harbor Hospice Baytown is wonderful and amazing! The compassionate care, services and support that was provided to my mother and family was above and beyond the best. All the staff members were dedicated and passionate to my mother which gave us and my mother comfort and made my mother’s transition peaceful and heavenly. I can’t thank Harbor Hospice enough, God Bless all of you!
I never thought I'd be leaving a review for hospice care, but here I am. What can I say about Harbor House that accurately describes how absolutely WONDERFUL they are. My dad was diagnosed with dementia early on, then a month ago he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Harbor House came in and took gentle control of an awful situation. I have been with harbor hospice for about a year now and I have grown very close with the staff my nurse practitioner,social worker,and my night-in-gale Mrs connie,she's an amazing person and she really cares about her parents.this lady is truly real,thank you Connie I'm truly blessed to have you in my life and as my nurse your 1-n-a life time .thank you all for all you do.and they have the most wonderful paster.hes truly a god send thank you brother Tim
I want to thank all of the staff for helping us through this process. Amy White, was the first person I was in contact with there at Harbor Hospice. She helped with explaining the process to us. She set the stage of how this process was going to be and answered all of our questions. I am thankful for that. The nursing staff were very patient as well.
