These apartments are centrally-located 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor and across the street from beautiful Federal Hill Park, but knowing this, the owners/ and most of the management do as little as possible for the tenants. The owners, a mega-company out-of-state in New York City, are set on ripping off the tenants, and probably their employees, who are mostly checked out. Leasing staff has very poor attitudes
I spoke with the office personnel and was told there is nothing they can do. Added note in response to their response. I love living here and the people that run the the building are all very nice and always helpful. My reason for a 3 star review is the fact that they raised my monthly rent by $153.00. It's a 7% increase. I thought of moving but the cost of moving would be higher than paying the rent increase.
