My experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Communication and management were consistently poor. It took nearly three weeks to receive my lease agreement, leaving less than a week before my move-in date. Emails frequently went unanswered, and management was often unavailable when assistance was needed. The final straw was discovering a mouse in my apartment. These apartments are centrally-located 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor and across the street from beautiful Federal Hill Park, but knowing this, the owners/ and most of the management do as little as possible for the tenants. The owners, a mega-company out-of-state in New York City, are set on ripping off the tenants, and probably their employees, who are mostly checked out.
