Not a good experience Not a single thing cleaned upon move in I had to do it myself, paint chips coming off of window seals, the heat is absolutely terrible! They put me in the smallest 3 B.R. townhome even though their was a bigger one. Got 3 kids and 2 have to share tiny room. Holes in tiles on kitchen floor. Marks an dents in walls and doors. The list could go on n on. I had to sign the paper before I could even see the place
Terrible experience Apartment smelled like smoke upon arrival. Not entirely cleaned. Crayon/marker on the walls. Broken microwave. Bathroom vanity cracked. Dishwasher ran poorly. Door to apartment had dents, and did not close properly. Heat in apartment did not keep up with set temperature on thermostat. Management made me sign paperwork before seeing apartment. Moved out as soon as possible.
