I would like to thank Nurse Practitioner regarding the excellent service provided last Saturday. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Kimberly Zachary and her assistant,, for the outstanding care they gave my brother. Dr. Kimberly was very kind, patient, and attentive. She took great care of her patient and ensured my brother was seen and checked as quickly as possible, without any unnecessary delay. We truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion they showed
It is open till 8:00 pm, I am yet to go for my appointment but 1 star for their process of scheduling an appointment or to be checked by doctor. Walk-ins are welcome as per their instructions on the door but they don’t have anyone to provide you with services if you actually “walk-in”. When I said I tried calling here few times but I was not able to reach anyone, the response I got was “We have been hearing that a lot.” So technically you go down there just to schedule a first available appointment and that’s it.
1 Star I went to Round Rock Express Medicine on October 2nd for severe sciatic nerve pain and was seen by Adjoa Ofori. The visit itself was great — I felt listened to and cared for. But when my pain got worse on October 10th, everything fell apart. I called early that morning asking for help because my prescription wasn’t working anymore. I spoke with several people, was promised call-backs that never came, and waited in pain all day with no answers. Can’t say enough good things about this office. The receptionist is so helpful and patient, the nurses are incredibly personable and explain every step. Both Drs I have seen here have been very professional and thorough. Over all, a great and easy experience, even when sick.
