Very rude and racist people they keep me waiting for one hour and then they told me we cant do anything about your lab go to another location and this was my third location since this morning that they’re sending me to each clinic but they don’t know how to prepare the order number or to switch it to a different feel disappointed
Incredible experience here. Everyone was so kind, so patient. They sat with me through my anxiety and answered my millions of questions. When I had to see someone different it was clear they had communicated with each other on my care. It just really put me at ease and I'm just incredibly grateful I ended up there. The whole facility just felt calm and clean. As someone who has major health anxiety I just appreciate the patience.
This place was great - all of the staff, nurses and doctors were kind and attentive. Online portal / check in was easy to enough to navigate.
Every single staff member has been professional and absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve come here quite a few times and never had an issue. There’s never been a long wait and they Strive to take care of each of their patients.
Diane Plas is kind, patient and knowledgeable. She listens and works with you to make a plan. I’ve seen her twice and both times was struck by her compassionate and caring nature.
