I’m extremely frustrated with my experience with Harbor Health. I’ve had repeated delays with my follow-up appointments because necessary insurance authorizations were not completed in a timely manner. These delays have directly affected my rehabilitation and recovery. Most recently, I had a three-hour ophthalmology appointment scheduled for today. I went to this location and this doctor because my insurance suggested I do so. This man is very dismissive. I’m having pain in my hands that gets worse when dealing with heavier weights - and when I told him how I lose sensation in certain digits and some fingers will go limp and requested a note to ease my discomfort at work - he told me not “I won’t do that. It’s not that I don’t believe you” - which is basically saying ‘I don’t mean to offend you’ while saying something offensive. He kept avoiding the topic of my hands a... read more

Still waiting a week for 3 prescription refills, an inhaler keep in mind. Something that I physically need to LIVE. Absolutely ridiculous. Changing drs asap

Dr. V is truly the worst doctor I've ever experienced. He seemed like he had no interest in being there at all. He did not even physically look at my body or the problem I was having. His communication skills are atrocious. I genuinely cannot believe that was a visit I actually have to pay for.
