Dr Sellechio and staff (well the front service here) deserve 5 stars, but not Harbor Health. Informed Dr Sellechio was leaving, so they default me to a Dr in Austin, really? I'm in Kyle, they closed that location, referred me to Village Medical in Kyle, and there's no Dr's on staff. Sooo they have this beautiful new office at Onion Creek, and not one PCP to see me? My research and impression is most clinics are corporate owned and have little to no concern for patients, only shareholders. I miss the old Dr's offices.
Your AI phone tree is awful. Somebody picks up dead silence no answer and I sit there for a few minutes waiting for somebody to do something no disconnect just complete dead silence.
This was my first visit to Harbor Health. The staff was very kind and empathetic because of my present life situation. I'm very pleased with the care I got and more than elated to have Dr. Alberto as my new primary care doctor. 😀
Thank you for putting back up my reviews. Jennifer NP does not know what she’s doing and Dr. Selecchio laughs in your face about your symptoms. Pitiful excuse for a medical establishment. Please save your time and more importantly, your money. Thanks for nothing. Yall need to actually do your CEs. I feel sorry for the good staff there- save yourself and leave immediately.
