I want to speak about Ms Karisa Stancil. She is a treasure! She is everything you want in a Doctor although she is a nurse practitioner and better than any doctor I have seen! She listens to her patients and cares! A trait long forgotten by doctors today. She is an asset to any organization and I trust her advice wholeheartedly. I strongly recommend her!
I move to Dr Sanchez in May of 2025. He was great and took care of everything. The phone system is terrible. I called for 3 days to refill a script. I was on hold for a total of 1.5 hours. Finally met Whitney She was the only one that took care of me. You can’t have only good medical staff but the phone system has to equal the medical staff. If I didn’t like Dr Sanchez I would go elsewhere
