For crying out loud get that receptionist off the phone!!!!. She is extremely unprofessional and rude and seems so bothered to do the jib she’s getting paid to do. She has hung up in my ear twice during the conversation and my asking questions with BANG! She does not want to be there. If she needs a day or two let her take it. Extremely poor service!

I want to thank the staff at Harbor Grace Hospice.They took care of my mother and husband.Great compassion and care. I will always be grateful.
