I want to say thank you to the care workers that came for my dad. I will say the reason we changed to another hospice company was the follow through from management. It should not take days or weeks to figure out what my father needed for pain management. We were completely new to this and feel like management has become like a robot and blind to people that have never been through this process. The new company figured it out in less than 24 hours. For crying out loud get that receptionist off the phone!!!!. She is extremely unprofessional and rude and seems so bothered to do the jib she’s getting paid to do. She has hung up in my ear twice during the conversation and my asking questions with BANG! She does not want to be there. If she needs a day or two let her take it. Extremely poor service!
