We contacted Telesco flooring to lay new wood flooring and refinish some old wood flooring in our home after getting scammed by a contractor. Jeff Telesco came out to our home THAT DAY for an estimate. His professionalism and kind demeanor was very refreshing and instantly made us comfortable. Was told tile could be installed over existing old tile, searches say that should not be done :( I asked repeatedly if we needed to take up old tile, was told no. We will see how this plays out over time..... 540 square feet area done, had to come back next day to finish, then ran out of tile and had to wait another week and a half for tile for completed installation. Old tile was removed form an area 11x10 because it was loose , but no leveler was put down, nor was I given the option to repair first, new tile was laid and t... read more
