Went there and paid for an exam and glasses In the exam the Dr spoke about his brother in law and how he said bifocals are for old people and how he convinced his brother in law that he needed them. He told me I needed them. I went to pick up the glasses and put them on and couldn't see anything up close. I asked the lady I thought I was supposed to get bifocals....how am I supposed to see the speedometer when I am driving? I had cataract surgery by Dr Dexter's son. By far the rudest Dr I ever saw. Dr Dexter is very nice but his son doesn't belong in the business. I would think twice about having going to the son for anything.
Called to see when the next available appointment was available and they got me in the same day. The reception person was very helpful and understanding, me being a new patient. Wasn't there but a few minutes and they did there eye exam, The doctor was very helpful and explained everything in plain terms. My circumstances were different and then went and got my frames. the person there was also very helpful and understanding. They are LGBTQ friendly and very understanding.
