Terrible practice. I went for an exam and was rushed thru the process by the doctor. She spent more time telling me about growing up in Oregon and camping trips than listening to my concerns. Rushed me out without addressing my issue. They will work hard to SELL you overpriced frames though. Unfortunately mine were defective & I went back for adjustments that didn’t work. I had to get NYS Attorney General involved. It’s more of a Happy Hour environment than a professional practice.
