Love living here. People are very friendly and the owners are always improving the property. Love the girls in the office
Love it here! Neighbors are friendly and you can always expect a smile and a wave. Staff personnel are super nice and extremely helpful. The residents take pride in their homes. So glad we decided to live here. It's a nice, clean and safe environment. Close to restaurants, the shore, and shopping.
I grew up in Pleasantville Mobile Estates Trailer Park from 1980 to 1994. I have had met so many people while growing up there and it was a one big happy family. Throughout the years I would take a drive pass my old trailer (which is still there but has changed over the years and was the first trailer in 1978 back on the old Robin Court-with the biggest yard). I will say the park is looking good with the new single and double wide trailers that they are putting in but the yards are very small.
