These are fabulous really.
This is one of the worse places I have ever lived, customer service is horrible, THEY DON'T ANSWER THERE PHONE, they lose lot rent checks, then charge u again, then cash other checks, the guy that owns the place is worse then a shitty landlord in AC, they don't pick up leaves for months, plow everyones cars in, this year (2018) they plowed the snow over my roof rack in front if my car, half way up my doors on the side same with my mother's car. I moved in the end of August 2017 and I'm loving it. I lived in Ventnor for 26 years. I thought it would be hard living here, but it's great. I know most of my neighbors. But knew them before moving here. As you see my mother lives one trailer away. And where I live my sister lived. It's very friendly and clean here as well as pretty quiet. You also have wawa,Wal-Mart and CVS near by, talk about convenience you can walk to all 3.
Moving to Harbor Crossings was one of the best things we ever did! The community is clean, quiet and the staff is fantastic!
I moved to Harbor Crossings last year and the first time I saw this place it felt like home. I have very great neighbors. The people who run and manage the place are very kind and helpful. The community feels safe and clean. One of the greatest benifits of this park is location. We are in the center of everything which is very convenient. I highly recommend Harbor Crossings!
I've lived @ Harbor Crossing for 10 years..it's home:-) I would highly recommend our park to everyone!! I have the best neighbors, we watch out for each other..Everyone is very friendly & kind..I walk around almost everyday..I wave, send everyone I see out with a kind & warming thoughtful "Hello, how are you doing today?" or " Is there anything I can do for y'all today?" We have lived here for almost 3 yrs this is our first home and after loosing everything in sandy, we were treated with respect and understanding. My husband is disabled and we had to add a ramp to our home. Harbor Crossings took care of that as well. Very pleasant and clean area to live. Neighbors are awesome. Thanks Harbor Crossings.
My husband and I moved here this past December. We love it here and wished we had done it sooner. The park is well maintained and the people who live here are very friendly. It is close to everything. It is a great place to retire. It would also make a great place for a summer home. You would save a lot of money by living here instead of the expense and worry of living on ;the water.
