Extremely heartbreaking to see that they evicted tenants and left their belongings in the parking lot in the rain the other night. RecommendedI love this place, the staff is caring and they keep you up to date on everything that’s going on. Neighbors are all friendly and we all look out for each other
I have lived here since 2011 and price goes up each year. Dog owners not held accountable. Drivers allowed to drive at unsafe speeds. Fence - not gate - installed over sidewalk so now you must walk in traffic to take out trash. Abandoned cars allowed to sit for 12 months or more. Written communication is unintelligible. Services each year are eroded and maintenance is substandard and never filled up. My toilet is still not correct and mold is a problem in both units I have lived in.
I been here bout 4 yrs and love it. My apt is new and gorgeous. Aiesha and the entire staff always help me anytime I call or stop in. Before covid they encouraged everyone to use the office for your computer and fax needs. Mmm they offer fresh coffee water n cookies!! There is always give always at office. National pie day etc. I’m happy to call Harbor Creek MY HOME!! They love my daughter/dog🐾too!!! Come see community here!!

Clean quiet community with a great office staff! And the maintenance crew deserve a big round of applause!
I Love living here , it is beautiful and everyone is so nice and friendly. And if by chance you need maintenance , they are right on it.
