We can't thank Harbor Cove enough! We were relocated to Texas about 2 1/2 years ago and wouldn't change our experience here for anything! The staff made us feel at home and whenever there was a question or concern, they were on top of it right way, maintenance would have requests fulfilled within 24 hours of being placed. Sad day when we had to turn our keys in (only because we needed a bigger place). Thank you again Sharon and staff for a wonderful 2 1/2 years.
Some people have been very critical of apartment management after the Hurricane Harvey flood, but I think they've done a wonderful job. People have to realize that this flood was an unprecedented event that no one was prepared for. The apartment staff was quick to react and did what needed to be done. I was impressed with how they got cleanup crews working so quickly after the event. Best place to live in kingwood. I have lived here for 3 years and it has been a great experience. Management does a great job and really cares about you. They did a great job getting us back into our apartment with power,AC,running water really fast after Hurricane Harvey devastated the area! This is a great place to live!
I lived there for a short time until Harvey changed that. The mamagment was always professional and nice. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I have lived here at Harbor Cove since June 28th. I love the apartment community! The office staff and maintenance staff are great! They always go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy. I have great neighbors and live in a nice quiet building.
