Had a great experience with OCWE, starting with the Admin side (Mike, Meghan and kait) were very responsive& cordial, I received other quotes from different companies and theirs was the best one even against inferior products, they also provided support while I was getting the approval from the HOA. The construction team went above and beyond, Mitch, Ray, Willie and Eric worked in a 97degree weather and were very professional and courteous. We had such a great experience with OCWE from start to finish! Mike, Meghan, and Kait were wonderful to work with, and Mitch was extremely helpful during the quoting and pre-installation process. OC Window Experts are first class. We contracted them to change two sliders and two windows. Kait saved us a ton of money and Ray and Willie installed everything perfectly. They were fast, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone.
