From the time I spoke to Mike, the owner, to the final installation done by Eddie and William, I could not be happier!! The team at OCWE (Kait, Mike) was great to work with. From the initial quote, to the pre-installation planning, to the actual job, they were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The on-site crew (Ray, Willie and Eric) took care to cover my floors during install, worked around my cat, and cleaned up everything before they left. I love the new Anlin windows and sliding doors, such a difference!
Mike and the entire team were outstanding! They made it so easy and they worked so clean and completed the project in one full day.. Every employee we encountered was terrific!! Windows look great and work well. Great company!
We shopped around with a number of different vendors. Based on how well Mike communicated and followed up with us, we decided to go with OC Window Experts, and we're so happy we did. Our experience with Mike and his team was excellent from the initial meeting with Mike at his office, to Mitch taking measurements, to the actual installation--the installers did a great job, and were extremely respectful to us and our home.
