Mike the owner is very courteous and responsive. He shown pros and cons to the buyers so they can the best decisions that fit their budgets. Meghan and Kait the customer service team follows very step of the way during the process. J.C and Willy the installer crew are prompt, clean and very professional. They installed the Anlin patio door and windows with care. I highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend OCWE to anyone in the market for new windows. The entire team was very professional and did a fantastic job that exceeded my expectations. We had a great experience with OC Window Experts. They installed 24 Anlin windows and a set of french doors for us. Best pricing out of 5 quotes. The whole process was so easy. Everyone on their team from Mitch who came out to measure, Mike the owner and J.C. and his install team were friendly, informative and professional. I loved working with this family owned business. Highly recommend.
We just had 15 windows replaced by OCWE and we couldn't be more happy with the service, communication, and professionalism that the team provided throughout the process. If you're able to go into their showroom prior to committing - I highly recommend doing so. Mike's always happy and willing to address any concerns and provide feedback on the correct order of when to do any projects you're planning for your home.
