I had a frustrating experience with OC Window Experts. I hired them to replace some windows in my home, and the entire process was much more complicated than it needed to be. The installation was delayed multiple times, and when the windows were finally installed, the quality was disappointing. There were gaps in the sealing, and I noticed drafts right away. Amazing experience with this team from the very get-go. Friendly, informative, easy to communicate with, etc. Then on install day the installers, JC and Eric, were very friendly and polite and quick workers. In my instance, they did 9 windows in under 4 hours. They protected ever surface with work blankets and cleaned up after themselves. All around very pleased with the experience!

OC Windows Experts replaced 4 windows and 1 sliding patio glass door for us. We are very happy and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. Our old windows and patio door were a mixture of different age aluminum. Most were probably original when the house was built in 1969. We selected Milgard Tuscany and immediately noticed the noise and temperature difference after they were installed.
