I toured today with Lorraine and absolutely loved the community, very updated and close to everything hoping to make harbor cliff my new home real soon..
Lorraine and Jenny could not have been more kind, and professional. Every interaction my wife and I had with them was for our benefit...to get us an apartment. 2 great examples of experts at work.
I want to give a higher rating so badly but I just can’t. I love the apartments, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly but getting in contact with the office is very difficult. As of right now, there’s no mailbox set up for receiving voice messages. Previously the phone number would direct you to a “virtual assistant” (AI) that claimed to leave a message for the front desk to call you back-but the receptionist said she never received the message I left there. I lived at Harbor Cliff Apartments for over 10 years, but things went downhill after The REMM Group took over. Rents skyrocketed, and management enforced unfair, inconsistent rules--tenants with nicely decorated balconies were forced to clear them, while those with trashy furniture were left alone. As Long it was just furniture it was okay regardless how crappy and sad it looked. We had a single bounced check during COVID, which was our mistake and we payed the late fee.
