I first came here 2 years ago and it had problems with the vacuums ( they were weak) and the staff there wasn't very helpful. But a lot has changed since then. Now the vacuums are strong and a different team is running it. The "current" employees are friendly and courteous and very helpful. I would now recommend this place to all my friends and family.
Didn’t even bother to get the wash, overpriced and lady who takes payment has a horrible attitude. I hope they consider getting a pay machine. Your money is better spent elsewhere
There was a misunderstanding. I got onto the conveyer mechanism with my car in neutral, as you’re supposed to. My car did not automatically start moving, so I put my car back into drive to go a little bit further down the track, because I assumed I had not driven far enough to start the conveyer mechanism. I then put my car back in neutral. First time, and probably last time here. The dryers did not dry my car. My car came out very wet. The vacuums were terrible too. The suction was horrible and they hardly had any suction. I wouldn't given this place one star but I got the $6 basic wash so I guess the value made up for the problems. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you had to. Also they don't have restrooms. Skip this place if you can.
